Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee to support customers after accidents. You will inspect vehicles, write estimates, and coordinate with body shops and rental cars in the San Francisco area. The role requires strong customer service, problem solving, and the ability to multitask across platforms.

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. A high school diploma is required, with college degree preferred, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
