USP Technologies is seeking an Applications Specialist to serve as the primary technical representative for assigned customer accounts. You will perform wastewater sampling and on-site analyses, plan chemical logistics, and conduct minor maintenance on feed and monitoring equipment at customer facilities.

You will translate field data into actionable recommendations and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering or related technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years of customer-facing water/wastewater treatment, industrial chemical service or equivalent experience; hands-on sampling/analysis and chemical feed equipment experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; wastewater operator certification, 40-hour HAZWOPER or DOT HazMat training a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver wastewater sampling and analysis, chemical logistics planning, and minor maintenance of chemical feed and monitoring equipment.
• Build trusted relationships with plant operators and management; translate field data into clear recommendations.
• Communicate program status and recommendations to customer personnel in a safe, professional manner.
• Coordinate with labs for confirmatory or compliance analyses.
