Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies seeks an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems. You will work independently across diverse industries, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting while building strong customer relationships through technical excellence.

The role requires visiting multiple customer sites, calibration, data entry, and adherence to safety protocols with a focus on quality and timely project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience in instrumentation, electronics, plant operations/maintenance or equivalent technical training.
• Technical degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment at customer locations.
• Perform water testing and analysis, and enter data into Veolia's trending platform (Insight).
• Act as technical consultant, providing recommendations, training, and solutions to customer teams.
• Calibrate equipment, program controllers, diagnose and resolve system issues (on-site and remote support).
• Maintain detailed service reports, manage inventory, and ensure safety protocols.
