Job summary

USP Technologies is seeking an Applications Specialist to serve as the primary day-to-day technical representative for assigned customer accounts, delivering value through wastewater sampling, chemical logistics planning, and equipment maintenance at customer facilities.

You will build trust with plant operators, communicate field data and recommendations clearly, and work with cross-functional teams to keep treatment programs on contract targets.

Qualifications

• Understanding of water/wastewater treatment chemistry and processes.
• Experience with sampling technique and wet-chemistry methods.
• Knowledge of safety handling for chemicals and SDS.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site technical representative to assigned accounts.
• Perform wastewater sampling and on-site analyses per protocol.
• Monitor chemical inventory and coordinate deliveries to prevent stock-outs.
• Inspect and maintain chemical feed systems and field equipment.
• Communicate results and recommendations to customers and internal teams.
