Job summary

USP Technologies is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary technical representative for assigned customer accounts in the water and wastewater treatment sector. You will manage field sampling, chemical logistics, and site equipment oversight while building strong customer relationships.

You will translate field data into actionable recommendations, prepare reports, and drive contract compliance and renewal opportunities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7 years of customer-facing water/wastewater treatment or industrial chemical service experience.
• 2+ years managing customer accounts, contracts or service programs; track record of retention and growth.
• Valid driver’s license; wastewater operator certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the health and performance of assigned accounts; serve as primary contact for plant operators and utility management.
• Prepare and present periodic business reviews to customer management; monitor performance versus contract targets.
• Monitor contract compliance, pricing and renewal opportunities; support renewals and negotiations.
• Coordinate field sampling, logistics and reporting; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Support proposals, trials and pricing; share customer regulatory and competitive intelligence with the account team.
