Job summary

WaterWorld USA is seeking a hands-on Technical Sales & Operations Specialist to support our residential and commercial water-treatment business. This role blends technical sales with practical production and warehouse tasks, requiring comfort with equipment and parts.

The ideal candidate explains product features clearly, troubleshoots on site, and works directly with customers, dealers and the sales team to select systems and components, while maintaining accurate records in our ERP/CRM system.

Qualifications

• Experience in water treatment or related field.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Attention to detail in quotations and documentation.
• ERP/CRM experience (Odoo preferred).

Responsibilities

• Help customers, dealers and the sales team select suitable systems, components and replacement parts based on application needs and product specifications.
• Prepare accurate quotes, answer technical questions and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Explain product features, compatibility, installation requirements and maintenance procedures using approved technical resources.
• Troubleshoot product concerns and coordinate with suppliers or internal specialists when additional support is needed.
• Maintain clear customer, quotation and technical‑support records in Odoo/CRM.
• Assist with equipment assembly, inspections and testing within established procedures and training.
• Help resolve leaks, component mismatches, assembly problems and equipment‑performance concerns.
• Read and use product manuals, drawings, bills of materials and assembly instructions.
• Document test results and recurring issues, and recommend practical improvements that reduce errors and rework.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing to identify missing or incorrect components and keep work moving.
• Assist with receiving and identifying equipment and parts, checking quantities and visible condition against order records.
• Support accurate labeling, storage locations, inventory counts and system records.
• Help pick, pack and check orders for correct products, components and completeness.
• Assist with inspecting and documenting returned products under the company’s return procedures.
• Maintain organized work areas and follow established handling and safety requirements.
