Qualifications

• Knowledge of USP purified water systems, wastewater systems, and industrial utility operations.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Preventive maintenance and equipment reliability practices.
• Understanding of plumbing, pumps, valves, piping systems, and water treatment equipment.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures.
• Experience using CMMS systems and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring and inspections of water systems and related equipment.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot RO, DI, UV, and water distribution systems.
• Conduct sanitization, cleaning, and routine maintenance per SOPs.
• Load and maintain resin beds and treatment materials.
• Monitor system performance and respond to alarms or issues.
• Collect water and wastewater samples per plan and procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality and labs for test results; maintain logs and reports.
• Support audits, investigations, and CAPAs related to water systems.
