Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3 years of experience implementing and evaluating laboratory IT products.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; customer consultation experience.
Responsabilités
- Serve as the primary regional workflow, application, and automation expert for Roche automation systems.
- Provide consultative guidance on workflow, specimen flow, and operational efficiency to maximize automation investments.
- Lead workflow optimization activities following implementation and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate regional automation support with cross-functional teams and ensure proper ownership of ongoing operations.
