Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical Technology, IT, CS, Chemistry, Biology or related).
• 3+ years of experience implementing and evaluating complex laboratory or IT products and systems.
• Histotechnology experience preferred and pharma/academic exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison during implementation and customer training.
• Provide on-site advisory support and tailored Roche solutions training.
• Identify opportunities for new system consumables and drive customer value and Roche revenue.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge with independent judgment to meet complex customer needs.
• Maintain and improve the quality system; ensure regular attendance is observed.
