Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to join our Customer Support team, supporting the Seattle, WA area and surrounding labs in Washington, Idaho and Alaska. Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer support for Roche systems in assigned territory (WA, ID, AK).
• Lead operator training, installation and validation of diagnostic instruments and software.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of service activities and customer interactions in Roche CRM.
• Travel up to 70% with remote, field-based responsibilities.
