Roche seeks a Field Applications Specialist to be the primary scientific and technical resource for Roche systems in customer laboratories within the Core Lab space, primarily supporting Seattle, WA area. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, and/or relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and value within the customer lab operations.
• Install and validate complex diagnostic instruments, software, and reagent applications in customer laboratories; ensure effective application of installed solutions.
• Provide on-site training to laboratory personnel on Roche systems, including theory of operation, workflow, quality control, and data interpretation.
• Serve as the primary on-site resource for resolving complex technical issues related to instrumentation, software, and assays; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide scientific and applications expertise to laboratory stakeholders and medical professionals to optimize workflows and interpret results for Roche portfolio.
• Relay customer feedback to support and commercial teams to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and travel expenses in Roche CRM system.
