Roche is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to provide on-site advisory support during implementation and training of Roche Tissue instrumentation, tailored to each customer’s workflow and needs. This role covers a national territory, with travel to Portland, Oregon or Seattle, Washington, and out-of-state travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement and 3+ years experience implementing and evaluating complex laboratory, IT products, medical diagnostic equipment, reagents and/or systems.
• Histotechnology experience highly preferred.
• Experience with Pharma, Academia and Roche Discovery products.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with project management experience.
• Strong customer consultative skills, including advanced scientific knowledge, exceptional customer engagement, and the ability to foster strong customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary liaison/customer representative during implementation and training, coordinating for the life cycle of the solution.
• Provide on-site advisory customer support through implementation of Roche Tissue instrumentation and tailored training.
• Identify opportunities for new system consumables and increased sales revenue for clients.
• Adhere to quality system requirements and continuously improve processes.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance as part of this role.
