Roche is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to be the primary scientific and technical resource in Washington, Idaho and Alaska, supporting Roche systems in customer laboratories. The role involves on-site installation, operator training, troubleshooting across instrument life cycles, and close collaboration with sales to optimize solutions.

The ideal candidate will travel extensively, reside near Seattle, and hold a life sciences degree with hands-on clinical lab or IT experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a life sciences field.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or IT in a clinical lab environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%+ with a field-based role.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Install and validate complex diagnostic instruments and software at customer sites.
• Provide on-site training on Roche systems including operation, QC and data interpretation.
