Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison during implementation and training for histology applications.
• Provide high-visibility on-site advisory support and optimize Roche solutions for customer workflows.
• Identify opportunities for consumables and software to increase sales within accounts.
• Analyze customer needs and adapt procedures to meet complex requirements.
