Job summary
Repligen is seeking a Field Application Scientist for Downstream Filtration to lead technical adoption and customer success across bioprocessing applications. You will partner with Sales, PM, Marketing, and R&D to optimize processes, demonstrate capabilities, and provide trusted guidance on new technologies.
You will build relationships with biopharma customers, support new product launches, and stay current with industry trends, enabling strategic growth and technical leadership in downstream
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related scientific field.
- 5+ years in downstream bioprocessing or a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong knowledge of tangential flow filtration (TFF) and related processes.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 75% (occasional international travel).
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and growth of downstream filtration through technical presentations, demos, and customer evaluations.
- Serve as the technical expert to optimize processes and solve bioprocessing challenges.
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to accelerate opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Marketing to develop data, reports, and training materials.
- Maintain expertise and provide market insights to shape products and strategy.
