Repligen is seeking a Field Application Scientist, Downstream Filtration, to lead technical engagement with customers and cross-functional teams. You will help optimize bioprocessing operations, support new product launches, and drive adoption of downstream filtration solutions.

The role collaborates with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing, providing technical leadership and market insights while traveling domestically up to 75% to support customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biology or related field.
• 5+ years in downstream bioprocessing, process development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of tangential flow filtration (TFF) and downstream development.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills with clear communication.
• Ability to influence decisions with technical leadership and collaboration.
• Field-based role with up to 75% travel domestically, occasional international travel.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales, PM, and Marketing to drive adoption of downstream filtration products.
• Serve as technical expert to optimize processes and implement new technologies.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to accelerate opportunities.
• Develop application data, technical reports, and training materials for launches.
• Maintain expertise in downstream bioprocessing trends to inform strategy.
