Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Field Application Scientist, Downstream Filtration, to lead technical discussions and advise customers on downstream filtration solutions. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to solve bioprocessing challenges and accelerate technology adoption in real-world settings.

You will apply deep expertise in TFF and downstream process development to influence process decisions, support launches, and build lasting customer partnerships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in downstream bioprocessing or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of tangential flow filtration (TFF) and downstream development.
• Experience with scale-up/scale-down, tech transfer, and cGMP environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills; ability to translate concepts.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and travel up to 75% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for downstream filtration applications; troubleshoot customer processes.
• Drive adoption of downstream filtration portfolio through presentations, evaluations, demos, and VOC activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to support launches and growth.
• Develop application data, technical reports, and customer-facing content.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to accelerate opportunities.
