Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Field Application Scientist for Downstream Filtration. You will lead technical adoption, advise customers, and collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to solve complex bioprocessing challenges.

You will travel domestically up to 75%, support new product launches, and contribute to portfolio growth while staying current with industry trends and cGMP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years in downstream bioprocessing or a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of tangential flow filtration and downstream development processes.
• Ability to translate complex concepts and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to drive adoption of downstream filtration products.
• Serve as the technical expert for downstream filtration applications and process optimization.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams to accelerate opportunities and remove barriers.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Marketing to create data, reports and training materials.
• Maintain expertise in downstream bioprocessing trends and provide market insights.
