Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Field Application Scientist, Downstream Filtration, to lead technical adoption of our filtration portfolio. You will partner with Sales, PM, Marketing and R&D to solve bioprocessing challenges and support product launches.

The role requires deep downstream processing knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to travel extensively to support customers and strategic programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biology or related field.
• 5+ years in downstream bioprocessing or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of TFF and downstream development in cGMP environments.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to customers and influence decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically with occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Product Management and Marketing to drive adoption of filtration portfolio.
• Serve as technical expert for downstream filtration applications and process optimization.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to accelerate opportunities.
• Develop application data, reports, and training materials for portfolio growth.
• Maintain expertise in downstream bioprocessing trends to shape products and strategy.
