Job summary
Repligen is seeking a Field Application Scientist for Downstream Filtration to act as a technical leader and trusted advisor, supporting adoption and growth of our downstream filtration portfolio across bioprocessing customers.
You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to solve complex challenges, influence process decisions, and help bring new technologies to market, including hands-on demonstrations and data-driven technical content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in biology, biotech, or related field.
- 5+ years in downstream bioprocessing or related field.
- Proficient in TFF and scale-up/down methods.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and growth of downstream filtration through technical presentations and demos.
- Serve as the technical expert for downstream filtration applications.
- Build relationships to accelerate opportunities and remove barriers.
- Collaborate with PM, R&D, and Marketing to develop data and training materials.
- Maintain expertise and provide insights to shape future products and strategy.
