Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Field Application Scientist, Downstream Filtration, to lead technical engagements with customers and partners across the U.S. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to optimize downstream filtration processes and to demonstrate products through evaluations, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.

The role requires deep bioprocessing expertise, strong communication, and the ability to travel domestically up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in downstream bioprocessing or related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of tangential flow filtration and cGMP environments.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical customer solutions.
• Ability to work independently in field-based role with travel.
• Experience with technical presentations and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical leader supporting adoption of downstream filtration products.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to accelerate opportunities.
• Develop application data, technical reports, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, PM, Marketing to drive portfolio growth.
• Provide expert guidance across process development and manufacturing.
