Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Field Application Scientist for Downstream Filtration to lead technical discussions and advise customers on optimizing bioprocessing workflows. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to accelerate adoption of downstream filtration technologies.

The role demands deep expertise in TFF and cGMP environments, with the ability to travel up to 75% to support customers and drive strategic programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in downstream bioprocessing, process development, manufacturing, technical support, field applications, or a related customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for downstream filtration applications and optimization.
• Develop application data, technical reports, and training materials for portfolio growth.
• Support customer success through presentations, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and VOC activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to drive adoption and growth.
• Travel domestically up to 75% and occasionally internationally to support customers.
