Job summary

RepliGen Corporation is seeking a Field Application Scientist, Downstream Filtration, to lead and advise on downstream filtration technologies for bioprocessing customers. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to accelerate adoption, deliver technical demonstrations, and solve complex process challenges in collaboration with R&D.

This role emphasizes strategic customer engagement, cross-functional influence, and a strong science background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in downstream bioprocessing or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of TFF and downstream development.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 75% with some international travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical leader for downstream filtration applications and support customer success.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to drive adoption and growth.
• Develop application data, technical reports, and training materials.
• Provide customer-facing technical leadership across process development and manufacturing.
