Qualifikationen

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical and application support to customers, Regional Sales Managers, Business Development Managers and Channel Partners.
• Equipment startup and troubleshooting: help customers set up equipment and resolve technical issues.
• Customer training: train customers on equipment and its applications.
• Conduct technical seminars and site visits at customer locations.
• Travel extensively in New England territory, with about 70% overnight travel to support customers and sales activities.
• Support equipment installation, startup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure success.
