Homeward is seeking a Field Business Development Representative to own relationships with top real estate agents in your market. You’ll promote Buy Before You Sell and Cash Offer programs, turning referrals into steady deal flow and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years selling to agents, a strong local presence, and a proven ability to meet targets. Expect daily field activity and travel within your metro area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling to real estate agents or related roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating targets.
• Deep knowledge of local real estate ecosystem and agents.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building and communication.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned metro area.

Responsibilities

• Build your territory by engaging prioritized agents and teams.
• Lead with high-touch, in-person relationships with 15+ weekly meetings.
• Educate agents on Buy Before You Sell and Cash Offer programs.
• Convert referrals into consistent deal flow and repeat business.
• Execute Homeward playbook from prospect to growth in pipeline.
• Hit daily targets for connects, meetings, referrals and closed deals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Title, and Mortgage.
