Homeward, a remote-first real estate startup, is seeking a Field Business Development Representative on the Agent Success team. You will own relationships with a book of high-producing real estate agents in your market and introduce them to Homeward’s Buy Before You Sell and Cash Offer programs to generate steady deal flow.

You’ll be a relationship builder with a proven sales track record in title, mortgage, or real estate, comfortable with daily activity goals, pipeline ownership, and uncapped

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential real estate sales and/or business development; title, mortgage, or real estate sales experience is required.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating targets through consultative, value-based selling.
• Deep local market knowledge and network within the real estate ecosystem.
• Conversation-driven, activity-focused mindset with consistent daily activity.
• Strong communication and business acumen; accountable for results.
• Self-directed discipline to manage time, pipeline and CRM.
• Ready for field work; real estate license preferred; willingness to travel within market.

Responsibilities

• Build your territory by working a prioritized list of agents and teams through calls, visits, and training to create engaged agent partners.
• Lead with in-person relationships through a high-touch sales motion with 15+ one-on-one meetings weekly.
• Educate agents on Buy Before You Sell and Cash Offer, identifying growth opportunities.
• Turn referrals into repeat business by coaching agents to weave Homeward into client conversations.
• Move agents through Homeward’s five-stage motion: prospect, meet 1:1, onboard referrals, close deals, grow flow.
• Hit daily connects, meetings, referrals and closed-deal targets, keeping CRM updated.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Title and Mortgage to remove friction and deliver a smooth experience.
