Job summary

Homeward, a remote-first real estate startup, is seeking a Manager of Agent Success to scale a nationwide field team and expand agent partnerships. You will hire, onboard, and ramp reps, lead a proven playbook for prospecting, activation, and referrals, and coach the team to hit ambitious quotas while working across Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, and Operations.

You'll align field initiatives with company growth, travel as needed, and shape a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing a field business development or sales team in real estate.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proven quota achievement and accountability.
• Ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomous work style.
• Growth mindset with capacity to scale a team.

Responsibilities

• Scale the team: hire, onboard, and ramp field business development reps.
• Run and evolve the playbook for prospecting, activation, and referrals.
• Coach for performance through regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Own the team's numbers: set goals and monitor KPIs.
• Build a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, Operations, Title, and Mortgage.
