Homeward, a remote-first real estate startup with HQ in Austin, TX, seeks a Manager of Agent Success to scale our national field team. Qualifications

• Proven real estate business development leadership experience in field sales.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and ramping reps during rapid growth.
• Record of meeting or exceeding quota and driving revenue.

Responsabilités

• Scale the Agent Success team with hiring, onboarding, and ramp plans.
• Run and evolve the playbook for prospecting, activation, and referrals.
• Coach for performance through regular 1:1s and training.
• Own the team's metrics: activity, referrals, pipeline, and closed deals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, Operations, Title, and Mortgage.
