Job summary

Homeward, a remote-first real estate startup, is seeking a Field Business Development Representative on the Agent Success team. You’ll own relationships with high-producing real estate agents, introduce Buy Before You Sell and Cash Offer programs, and drive a steady flow of deals through a high-touch field playbook.

You’ll run an established territory, hold at least 15 one-on-one meetings weekly, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Title, and Mortgage to remove friction and deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential real estate sales and/or business development; title, mortgage, or real estate sales experience is required.
• Track record of exceeding quota through consultative, value-based selling.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate ecosystem; high-producing agent background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build your territory with a prioritized list of agents and teams via calls, texts, office visits and training.
• Hold at least 15 one-on-one meetings with agents each week.
• Educate agents on Buy Before You Sell and Cash Offer and identify growth opportunities.
• Turn referrals into repeat business by keeping agents engaged and integrated into client conversations.
• Move agents through Homeward’s five-stage motion: prospect, meet, onboard referrals, close, grow repeat deals.
