Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years related experience or 5 years related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in vehicle reconditioning or auto body knowledge required.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must be physically capable to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues for accounts with varying scope, coordinating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service addressing inquiries about vehicle condition or discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communication with auction departments for inventory movement and reconditioning.
• Build relationships with clients, inspect vehicles, prepare reconditioning estimates to improve value, and audit condition reports and imaging.
• Demonstrate knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection to identify past repairs or damages.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox Automotive products based on needs.
• Prioritize tasks, maintain professionalism in client relationships, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate redemptions and ensure proper documentation while adhering to PII policies.
• Maintain adherence to Cox standards for reconditioning quality and accuracy per client SLA guidelines.
• Proficient use of MS Office and internal business platforms.
