Job summary

Cox Automotive in Belcamp, MD seeks an experienced professional to serve as a primary contact resolving client issues across automotive accounts. You will coordinate vehicle reconditioning, inspect vehicles, and provide detailed condition reports to protect value and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience, with minimum of 2 years in automotive industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning and/or general auto body knowledge required.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team-based interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Requires physical ability to execute duties within required timeframes.
• Valid Driver's License and safe driving record required.
• Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts with broad scope.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments.
• Build positive client relationships and complete reconditioning estimates to improve value.
• Conduct condition reports and imaging audits to reduce policy loss and goodwill expenses.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell products/services as needed.
• Maintain adherence to Cox standards regarding reconditioning services and quality.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
