Airgas is hiring for an Outside Sales/Account Manager in Greenwood, MS and surrounding MS locations. Base pay plus commission with a monthly auto allowance and travel within the assigned territory.

You will build high-value partnerships, grow the territory, and integrate Airgas solutions to support customer operations. Benefits include a strong family package and 401(k) with company match, with potential for significant earnings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in professional sales, preferably industrial
• Computer proficiency in standard tools
• Reliable transportation to travel to customer sites
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• No at-fault driving accident in last 3 years

Responsabilités

• Grow territory by deepening existing client relationships and finding new partnerships
• Communicate clearly to align ideas, plans and projects with customer goals
• Develop a strategic sales roadmap to hit milestones and manage time efficiently
• Execute account strategies including regular business reviews with key customers
• Engage stakeholders to understand needs and influence decision-making
• Coordinate information across the partnership lifecycle to maintain margins and growth
• Learn about products and competition to advise clients effectively
• Integrate all product lines into accounts to add value for customers
