Airgas is seeking an Account Manager in Jackson, MI to drive growth by nurturing existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities. You will act as a consultative partner, coordinating multi-line solutions and ensuring customer success within a defined territory.

Base pay plus commission with monthly auto allowance and mileage reimbursement, plus comprehensive benefits. Travel within the territory and occasional overnight stays are required.

Formación

• 2–3 years of professional outside sales or B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to advance sales goals and milestones.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, word processing and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Advance territory growth by deepening relationships with existing clients and identifying new partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate information management across all phases of the partnership lifecycle and establish proactive action plans.
• Develop a strategic roadmap to achieve sales milestones and prioritize opportunities.
• Uncover opportunities to add value and support sustainable team growth.
• Implement account partnership strategies, including regular business reviews with key customers.
