Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, seeks an Account Manager in Greenwood, MS to build high-value partnerships within our industrial sector and drive growth in an established territory.

As a consultative partner, you will nurture existing accounts, identify new opportunities, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver value across product lines to meet customer needs and advance company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional sales, preferably in industrial environments.
• Computer proficiency.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to customer sites.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No at-fault driving accident within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Advance territory growth by deepening relationships with existing clients and identifying new partnerships that meet our standards of excellence.
• Foster understanding by communicating clearly, ensuring ideas and plans support customers' business goals.
• Develop a strategic roadmap to achieve sales milestones and prioritize opportunities within the territory.
• Implement account partnership strategies, including regular business reviews with key customers to ensure value.
• Connect with key stakeholders and influencers to understand needs and support decision-making processes.
• Coordinate information management across all phases of the partnership lifecycle with proactive action plans for margins and growth.
• Continuously learn about new products and competitive landscape to remain a trusted advisor to clients.
• Integrate all product lines into accounts focusing on Adding Value and customer-centric service.
