Airgas USA, LLC is hiring an Outside Sales/Account Manager for Greenwood, MS and surrounding areas. The role focuses on growing an established territory by nurturing existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities with industrial customers.

You will serve as a consultative partner, coordinating product lines and solutions to meet client needs while aiming for sustainable growth and strong margins. The position offers base pay plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional sales, preferably in industrial environments.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to customer sites and a valid driver’s license.
• No at-fault driving accident within the last 3 years.
• Preferred: 3+ years’ experience in welding or safety industry.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales with proven success.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain high-value partnerships within the assigned territory.
• Develop a strategic roadmap to achieve sales milestones and growth targets.
• Act as a consultative partner, integrating Airgas solutions to add value for customers.
