Job summary

Smith+Nepphew, in the United States, is seeking an Account Manager for the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) team. You will drive territory growth, support clinical education, and build enduring partnerships with clinicians, nurses, and purchasing stakeholders across acute and post-acute settings.

You will promote advanced wound dressings, biologics, and other technologies, educating healthcare staff on clinical and economic value and delivering in-services and product demonstrations to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in sales, preferably medical device/healthcare.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; translate clinical and economic value.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Experience managing a territory, pipeline and sales planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Promote the Advanced Wound Management portfolio across patient populations.
• Educate clinicians and staff on clinical and economic value of solutions.
• Build relationships with clinicians, nursing staff and purchasing stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally to support account growth and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
