Smith+Neo is seeking an Account Manager for the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) team to improve patient outcomes by partnering with healthcare providers and delivering a complete wound care portfolio. This field-based sales role drives territory growth, supports clinical education, and builds lasting partnerships across acute and post-acute settings.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in sales, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate clinical/economic value.
• Experience managing a territory, pipeline, and sales planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed sales goals.
• Promote the full Advanced Wound Management portfolio across settings.
• Educate clinicians on clinical and economic value of Smith+Neo solutions.
• Build relationships with clinicians, nursing staff, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities and drive product adoption in accounts.
• Partner with internal teams to support growth and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver in-services, demonstrations, and education programs.
