Job summary

Smith+Neu is seeking an Account Manager to drive territory growth in Advanced Wound Management. You will partner with healthcare providers to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of wound care solutions, including advanced dressings and biologics.

This field-based role requires coordinating with clinicians, nursing staff, and purchasing stakeholders to optimize patient outcomes. You will lead in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs, while navigating complex healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in sales in medical device, healthcare, or related field.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders and decision‑makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Promote the Advanced Wound Management portfolio across patient populations.
• Educate clinicians and healthcare staff on clinical and economic value of solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in acute and post-acute settings.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption in accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support account growth and satisfaction.
• Deliver in-services, demonstrations, and educational programs on wound care best practices.
