Smith+Nepphew is seeking an Account Manager for Advanced Wound Management to drive territory growth and educate clinicians on the clinical and economic value of wound care solutions.

The role focuses on building lasting partnerships across acute and post-acute settings, delivering in-services and product demonstrations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales success in medical device/healthcare or related field.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate clinical and economic value.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
• Experience managing territory, pipeline, and sales planning.
• High accountability, organization and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Promote the Advanced Wound Management portfolio across patient populations.
• Educate clinicians and staff on clinical and economic value of Smith+Nepphew solutions.
• Build relationships with clinicians, nursing staff, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption.
• Partner with internal teams to support account growth and satisfaction.
• Deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
