Job summary

Colonial Group in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking an Account Executive - Uniforms to strategically grow Vestis Uniforms products within a defined territory. You will prospect, cold call, set appointments, present programs, and drive a sales quota while building relationships with key decision makers.

This field role requires strong closing skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently across the assigned market, reporting weekly progress and adapting to changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/marketing.
• 18–36+ months B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience with market development concepts and STP is a plus.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a customer base within the territory using a systematic business development process.
• Develop and qualify leads within the territory to drive sales opportunities.
• Initiate contact with target customers and establish engagement.
• Secure a high number of first appointments with key decision makers.
• Maintain a healthy prospect funnel with proper ratios and movement through stages.
• Follow through with selling activities to maximize close ratio.
• Persuade and demonstrate strong closing skills.
• Manage target selling and strategic selling within the territory.
• Strong phone-blocking, cold-calling, and door-knocking skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with multiple customer influencers and decision-makers.
• Conduct presentations to communicate customer benefits and value propositions.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by leveraging tools and resources.
• Anticipate problems and address them proactively.
• Conduct competitive market analyses within the territory.
• Maintain a rigorous prospecting and reporting routine using the company tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure shared sales opportunities.
