Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 18–36 months of successful outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred and CRM tools used for prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Develop a customer base through systematic business development and cold outreach.
• Qualify leads within territory and drive opportunities to close.
• Secure first appointments with decision makers and manage the prospect funnel.
• Present programs and solutions to customers and maintain relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Utilize sales tools and CRM to track activity and results; report to manager regularly.
• Travel as required to cover the territory and achieve quotas.
