Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Ability to negotiate and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, referrals, and calls.
• Conduct high-volume cold calls to set introductory client meetings.
• Visit work sites and deliver sales presentations to understand client needs.
• Partner with internal teams to fulfill client staffing needs and manage the job-order process.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships as the primary point of contact.
