Beacon Hill is seeking an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses that can benefit from our staffing services. The role involves extensive field activity—visiting clients, conducting presentations, and collaborating with recruiting teams to fill openings.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, skilled at building trust with clients, and capable of negotiating successful deals.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients through internet research, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Proactive high-volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
• Conduct client meetings on-site or virtually to understand client needs.
• Partner with internal teams to fulfill client staffing needs and manage the job order process.
• Maintain and grow client relationships as the primary point of contact throughout engagement.
