Job summary

Beacon Hill Solutions Group is seeking an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses that can benefit from our temporary staffing services. You will research prospective clients, perform high-volume cold calls, and lead client meetings to deliver compelling presentations.

You’ll collaborate with recruiting teams to match the best talent to client needs, manage the job order process, and maintain ongoing relationships while negotiating favorable terms.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify prospective clients and articulate Beacon Hill’s value proposition.
• Strong drive to achieve sales targets and build a robust book of business.
• Ability to coordinate with recruiting teams to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Proactive high-volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
• Attend client meetings, visit worksites, deliver sales presentations, and understand client needs.
• Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client requirements and manage the job order process.
• Maintain and grow client relationships as the primary point of contact during the engagement.
