Job summary

Astound seeks a results-driven field sales representative to grow its Small Business footprint in Texas. You will conduct outside door-to-door selling of Fiber Internet, Voice, Hosted Voice and related services to business accounts, while building relationships with regional chambers and community partners.

Responsibilities include meeting monthly quotas, managing daily activity, and clearly communicating pricing and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years canvassing or cold-calling small/medium business customers preferred.
• Hunter mentality and comfortable with in-person, door-to-door selling of Astound services.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain features, pricing and promotions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to work independently.
• Ability to build relationships with local chambers and attend trade fairs.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory strategies to acquire new business in the region.
• Outside sales calls and door-to-door engagement with business accounts.
• Meet and aim to exceed monthly Small Business quota.
• Manage day-to-day sales activity and report to Regional Sales Manager.
• Ensure paperwork is legible, complete and submitted timely.
• Represent Astound professionally to customers and partners.
