Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to grow our small business customer base in your territory. You will conduct consultative analyses, tailor Spectrum solutions, and guide leads from first contact to final sale.

Daily field-based work with occasional office days, requiring a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales within assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to match Spectrum Business solutions.
• Hit sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain records of sales activities and closes in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order execution and service.
