Astound is seeking a proactive outside sales professional in Indiana to drive new business for Fiber Internet, Voice, and Hosted Voice services. You will prospect, present, and close opportunities with small and medium business customers, building lasting relationships with local accounts.

The role requires 1-2 years canvassing experience, a hunter mentality, and strong communication. Expect a structured sales process, use of MS Office, and a career path with commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on canvassing or cold-calling small and medium business customers.
• Hunter mentality and comfort with in-person, door-to-door selling.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain features, pricing, and offers.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships within the region and build territory strategies.
• Sell Astound business services (Fiber Internet, Voice, Hosted Voice) to business accounts.
• Meet and aim to exceed monthly quotas for new Small Business customers.
• Manage day-to-day sales activity and report to Regional Sales Manager.
