Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in commercial pest management services. You will sell to hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors while maintaining a customer-focused approach and building strong client relationships.

You’ll participate in comprehensive product training, learn to identify infestations, and develop proposals and presentations to secure new business.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (or as required by state)
A valid driver’s license from your state of residence
Preferred two years of B2B sales experience—prospecting skills favored
Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with ability to work independently
Willingness to obtain required industry licenses provided by the company
Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)

Responsibilities

Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling
Visually inspect buildings for pests, harborage, and entries
Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers
Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets
Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings
Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth
Maintain daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM
