Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial clients across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. You will engage in prospecting, presentations, and closing deals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

The role involves learning Rentokil’s programs, climate of high performance, and going through our comprehensive training. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; A valid driver’s license.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in B2B sales with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).
• Will be required to obtain industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service delivery.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
