Rentokil North America seeks an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will engage new and existing accounts, perform site assessments, present solutions, and drive revenue through a structured training program.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, strong communication and customer service skills, and willingness to travel up to 100% within territory.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn pest management services and company offerings.

Responsabilités

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil's programs, protocols, and pricing policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure service delivery.
